The Board reviews management, childcare, social work and financial reports. It considers childcare, policy, strategy, procurement, income, expenditure and performance, drawing on professional advice where required.
The Manager maintains internal controls and records, with staff support, to safeguard the Home’s assets and support reliable reporting.
The 2025/2026 report includes the Board’s statement of responsibility, Treasurer’s Report, independent auditor’s statement and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026. The Board’s statement records approval of the financial statements on 11 August 2026.
